By using our services, including IPTV subscription packages, reseller panels, virtual gift cards, and physical streaming devices, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you may not use our services.
All digital IPTV subscriptions are delivered via email after payment confirmation and are intended for use on a single device only. Sharing credentials or using multiple devices simultaneously may result in permanent termination of the subscription. Channels, VOD, or package content may change, be updated, or removed at any time without prior notice, as all content is provided by third-party sources. Virtual gift cards are non-refundable.
Physical streaming devices can be returned within 3 days of delivery if they remain in their original condition and packaging. Deductions may apply for handling or restocking. Contact service@weltweitdigital.com to obtain the return address and instructions before sending any items.
Payments on our site can be made via global bank transfer, SEPA instant payments, QR code payments, or cryptocurrency. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information. Orders may be canceled if payments fail or if unauthorized or suspicious activity is detected.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts, including passwords. All activity under an account is the user’s responsibility. Notify service@weltweitdigital.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We do not host or control any IPTV content. Interruptions, buffering, or removal of channels may occur. By using the service, you acknowledge that all content is provided by third parties, and any legal or copyright issues must be addressed directly with the original content providers. Subscription packages may be updated, replaced, or modified at any time to ensure service continuity.
Each subscription is tied to a single device. Customers must provide correct device information (type, model, MAC address if applicable) when ordering. Misuse, including connecting multiple devices simultaneously, may lead to permanent termination of the subscription.
All services, content, trademarks, and features remain the property of the service provider. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content or service materials without explicit permission. Services are provided “as is” and without warranties. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, including data loss, revenue loss, or service interruptions. By using the services, you agree to defend and indemnify us against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these Terms & Conditions, misuse of accounts, or unauthorized activity. Certain provisions, including liability disclaimers and intellectual property rights, will survive termination.
