Digital Products (IPTV Subscriptions)
All digital IPTV subscription packages are delivered electronically via email immediately after payment confirmation. Customers may request a refund or cancel their order within 48 hours of receiving the login credentials. Refund requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted, as the digital products are considered delivered once the credentials are issued.
To request a refund or cancellation, contact service@weltweitdigital.com with your order details. Refunds are processed promptly once the request is verified. This policy ensures customers have the opportunity to address issues or change their decision shortly after purchase, while maintaining the security and integrity of our digital services.
Please note that virtual gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased.
Physical Products (Streaming Devices)
Physical streaming devices may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. A deduction may apply to cover handling, shipping, or restocking costs.
To initiate a return, please contact service@weltweitdigital.com to receive instructions and the return address. Do not send items without prior approval. Once the returned device is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, taking any applicable deductions into account.
