Delivery Policy for Digital Items
All IPTV subscription packages are delivered electronically via email after your payment has been confirmed. Once your payment is verified, you will receive an email containing your login credentials or a downloadable PDF file, allowing you to access your purchased service immediately. Payments processed through SEPA or Bank transfers or cryptocurrency may take a few minutes to several hours to confirm, depending on processing times.
If you do not see your credentials or the download email, please first check your spam or junk folder. Gmail users should also review the Social and Promotions tabs, as automated emails may be filtered there. Your login credentials provide access to all features of the IPTV subscription package you purchased, and the included PDF file contains all necessary instructions to start streaming.
Customers with an account on weltweitdigital.com can access invoices and download files at any time through My Account > Invoices > Downloads. If a downloaded file appears corrupted or cannot be opened, please delete it and try downloading again. Persistent issues can be reported by contacting service@weltweitdigital.com, and our team will provide an alternative method for you to access your digital items.
